01. Acceptance of Coordinates

By downloading, cloning, or pulling the ONDE kernel physics, you agree to interface with our servers under these exact coordinates. If you do not accept these parameters, disconnect immediately and purge local caches.

02. Compute Allocation

You are entirely responsible for the operations run on your local graphs. ONDE is a tool for deterministic state. We are not liable for autonomous agents that infinite-loop, hallucinate, or burn through your local hardware limits or cloud API budgets. Monitor your memory.

03. Termination of Handshake

We reserve the right to sever network connections to `onde sync` for any clusters executing malicious DDOS patterns, bypassing rate limits intentionally, or reverse-engineering our compiled E2E cryptographic relays. Local operation remains unaffected as per the FOSS directive.

04. Limitation of Liability

The kernel is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Openclaws Team makes no guarantee that the graphs will prevent your agents from achieving unintended sentience.
